The Iberoamerican Theater Festival 2014 will raise the curtain from the 4th to 20th of April
With an amazing programming arrives the theater festival of Bogota , in a new version in which Brazil will be the Guest of Honor.
As you know this site is all about Colombia, and how proud we are about what our colombian people does every day to make this world a better place to live, and this Festival comes to our days at its 14th version, as a result of some people who decided to live their dream.
Big thanks to Fanny Mickey, an argentinian with a colombian heart, because she was the one who dedicated her life to achieve this dream, of course, with the great help of many other people. Thanks to all of you for giving us this marvelous opportunity that will stay in our hearts for ever.

Circus, cabaret, musicals, large format spectacles, dance, shows for children, classic, renowned directors, large companies, the most innovative proposals and much, much theater will characterize this new version of FITB 2014, that will raise the curtain from
April 4th to 20th.
Theaters, parks, streets, El Campin Coliseum, the Palacio de los Deportes and the Techo Stadium, will dress in holiday cheer, joy and color turning Bogota into carnival during the festival.

Five continents, 26 countries, 40 international theater plays, 30 Colombian companies in theaters, 3 co-productions, 23 sets of street theater, 24 academic events, 18 theaters, 15 city parks, 4 unconventional spaces, 2 Inaugural Parades, a Great Concert, the Cabaret Tent, a Grand Closing at the Simon Bolivar Park, about 300 functions in theaters, 1200 artists and millions of spectators will give life to this amazing Iberoamerican Theater Festival 2014 in Bogotá.
